Bald Hill Kia is by far the best dealership out there the staff are beyond welcoming and treated my daughter and myself like family and even though there were a few issues to work through it didn't make a difference they worked with us every step of the way to insure we both got the best deals. Just a little background prior to going to Bald Hill Kia we went to state line Nissan where my daughter had a prior lease that was done and she wanted to get another vehicle and I was also in the market for one so she set up the appointment and upon arrival we were greeted walked to a little room to discuss options and due to some over mileage she was told they couldn't help her and mind you i was totally over looked and we were left sitting there for almost an hour that's when we were referred to Bald Hill Kia by my nephew. If anyone is in the market for a new car go see these guys they are great and yes my daughter and I both walked out with brand new 2020 Kia Optima's . Thank you Matt and Jeremy for all your help you guys are the best ! Sorry Nissan but you not only lost two customers but two sales as well.

They explained all they were doing and gave me a tour of their new facility.
They're very proud of it. I also have a service dog that they made a huge fuss over. He loved it.
I had an issue with the car when I first got it and Aron, in service went above and beyond to solve it.
The service writers are great people as are the sales staff.

Bald Hill KIA is a family owned dealership. So much easier to work with than the mega dealerships. No pressure, attention to detail and one on one personal attention. Very competitive pricing and a variety of inventory to select from. All in all a very positive car buying experience.
