As one of Rhode Island's oldest and most successful dealers for over 70 years, you will be joining the Bald Hill Team as we encounter unprecedented growth within the automotive industry.  We are currently searching for a qualified candidate who will meet and exceed our expectations in providing Bald Hill customers with a quality sales experience.

Automotive Internet Sales Professional

Immediate opening available for Internet Automotive Sales Representative at Bald Hill KIA, Warwick, RI.

As one of Rhode Island's oldest and most successful dealers for over 70 years, you will be joining the Bald Hill Team as we encounter unprecedented growth within the automotive industry.  We are currently searching for a qualified candidate who will meet and exceed our expectations in providing Bald Hill customers a quality sales experience.

Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects whether by phone, by e-mail or in person.

  •  Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  •  Satisfies the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers.
  • Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
  • Assists customers in scheduling a visit to select a vehicle and offers sales support.
  • Confirms customer appointments and follows up afterwards.
  • Checks e-mail frequently and responds to inquiries immediately.
  • Delivers messages intended for the other departments promptly.
  • Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
  • Handles all Internet sales inquiries personally.
  • Establishes personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers. Attends product and sales training as requested by manage
  • Assist in answering and following up with all incoming sales calls
  • Maintain a strong follow up program with our CRM system
  • Maintain a high level of factory and dealer sponsored training
  • Work with management on closing all potential customers on a regular basis
  • Prospect daily with our data mining software and our CRM systems
  • Arrives to work on time.
  • Follows instructions from a supervisor
Qualifications:

  •  Valid driver's license
  •  High school diploma or higher education
