What kind of protection does Kia offer, in the event of a breakdown?

In a word: ultimate. Every new Kia purchased at Bald Hill Kia serving Providence is covered by the Kia 10-Year/100,000-Mile Warranty Program, which includes powertrain, basic, and anti-perforation warranties. If the breakdown occurs within each warranty' respective time or mileage specifications, car repair and certified part expenses will be covered by Kia. In addition, every new Kia (from the Optima to the Optima Hybrid, the Sorrento to the Sportage) is covered by the Kia Roadside Assistance Program - available to new Kia drivers 24-7-365.

I lost my owner or service manual. Where can I get a replacement?
