Often times, the importance of vehicle color can get crushed under the waves of fuel economy, performance, technology, and safety. But when you think about it, an automobile's hue can easily make or break a consumer's first impression. After all, no one wants to drive a brand new Kia vehicle outfitted in a dull shade of mud brown...right?
Well, one dedicated Kia driver recently took his Kia Sportage crossover SUV in the complete opposite direction. In order to attract the attention, and likely the gossip, of people passing by, the Russian brand enthusiasts covered his Sportage in diamonds.
For those with dollar signs dazzling in their eyes, Bald Hill Kia should mention that the Russia-based Sportage isn't literally decked out in the jewels. To achieve the bejeweled glow, the model's owner called on the talents of a Russian styling company RE-Styling to put together an iridescent vinyl coating. When the Kia Sportage zips into the sunlight, the hue turns from dark matte to shiny sparkles.
Any auto enthusiasts out there thinking of following suit? Unfortunately, Kia won't be offering up a diamond finish for its model lineup quite yet. However, Bald Hill Kia is excited to share that those looking at a 2013 Kia Sportage will be able to choose from attractive hues such as Twilight Blue, Black Cherry, Signal Red, and more.
To take a look at the current 2012 Kia Sportage options yourself, feel free stop by Bald Hill Kia located at 1021 Bald Hill Road, Warwick RI, 02886 anytime.
